Parent Support Groups
Parents of autistic children
We run support groups for parents of autistic children and teenagers, creating a safe and welcoming space built on shared lived experience. These groups help parents feel understood, connected and supported by others who have navigated similar journeys.
When a parent who’s already navigated diagnoses, therapies, school meetings, and daily challenges shares what worked for them, it cuts through the isolation and uncertainty that often come with a new diagnosis.
Through peer connection, parents can share experiences, ask questions, celebrate wins and learn practical strategies from others who truly understand the day-to-day realities of raising an autistic child.
Our groups include:
Parents of autistic children
Parents of autistic teenagers
